Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. This form is free and needs no account: it records your notice and immediately emails you an acknowledgement of receipt.
Rules that apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly and, once unsealed after delivery, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (French Consumer Code, article L221-28).
We refund all sums paid, standard delivery costs included, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the payment method you used. The refund may be withheld until we have received the items or proof that you have sent them. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.
