Question 1

Is the silicone in your feeding products BPA-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as required by EU rules, which ban bisphenol A in materials that come into contact with food. Our feeding sets and straw cups are made from food-grade silicone that is dishwasher-safe and very easy to clean; the materials of each item are listed on its product page.

Question 2

Which sleeping bag size should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Go by your baby's length rather than their age: 0-6 months (70 cm), 6-18 months (90 cm) and 18-36 months (110 cm). The neck and armholes should fit snugly so your baby can't slip down inside, while leaving plenty of room to kick.

Question 3

How do I clean the wooden toys?

Accepted Answer

Wipe the rattle and teething ring with a damp cloth, with a little mild soap if needed, then let them air-dry. Avoid soaking, the dishwasher and sterilising, as these damage the wood. Check their condition regularly.

Question 4

Can I send a baby gift straight to the new parents?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Just enter the parents' address as the delivery address at checkout. The latest delivery date is shown in your cart, and you'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Question 5

How long does delivery take, and what is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page. Our support team answers by email.
